Our church planting project, Cant i Gymru, is entering a new phase of growth. The vision is gaining momentum, partnerships are multiplying, and the demands on the organisation are increasing. The initiative is led by a Team Leader working alongside a wider team, each carrying responsibility for a specific focus area — Prayer & Next Generation, Equip and Support. Each of these work on a voluntary basis.

Cant i Gymru is now looking to appoint a paid Head of Operations to serve this whole team, ensuring the operational infrastructure is in place for everyone to focus on the work they are called to.

The Head of Operations will ensure the organisation moves with confidence; that systems work, deadlines are met, and compliance is maintained. They will free the Team Leader to focus on vision, relationships and strategic leadership, and give the wider team the operational support they need to do the same.

This is a senior appointment. It requires someone who can hold complexity, earn trust quickly, and build robust systems without losing the relational warmth that defines how we work.
